Registration Policies
- Author registration: at least one of the authors of an accepted paper must register with a (non-student) Conference registration.
- Student registration: student rates are applicable to full-time students only. The student will need to show a valid student ID upon on-site check-in.
- Payment via credit card and bank transfer are supported by the registration system.
- The registration system requires a Tax/ID number and billing organization; if paying via personal credit card/bank transfer, you can provide your ID/Passport number and your full name for billing organization.
- Participants will receive a confirmation e-mail when registration is complete.
- Participants may request invitation letters in order to obtain a visa for Spain (see also the Travel section of our website).
- The cancellations of inscriptions received before July 20th, 2019 will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date no refund will be made.
- The organizers reserve all rights to withdraw the registration or charge the price difference at onsite check-in if proof of discount status is not provided or payment is not received.
