Call for Contributions for the Demo Night

Call for contributions to Demo Night

FPL 2019 searches for contributions to the Demo Night event. It is an excellent opportunity for conference participants to demonstrate and disseminate their work, increase the visibility of their products and/or research, and interact with the other members of the FPL community.

Demonstrations may include, but are not limited to, academic, research or commercial prototypes, tools, platforms and systems. The event will take place on Wednesday evening, while we enjoy a light tapas and drinks meal.

Demo Night presenters are invited to submit a 1-page abstract using the same format as the FPL papers (link), before the deadline of April 26th, 2019. An additional cover page should contain the following information:

  • • Demo title
  • • Author names and affiliations
  • • Description of the main objectives and relevance of the demo to the FPL community
  • • Short biographies of the presenters
  • • Any logistical requirements the demonstration may have (e.g. Internet access...)

The 1-page abstract should include demo title, Authors names and affiliations, and an abstract of the demo. Authors of accepted demos will be asked to prepare a poster for the Demo Night. All demo posters will be published on the FPL 2019 website, and the abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.

Please use the Easychair website to submit your Demo Night contribution.
